Order Tracking

  • Tracking Number: You will receive a tracking number via email /whatsapp once your order has shipped.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s Website.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your product arrives damaged during shipping, please record a video of the package before opening it and share the footage with us. This will assist us in filing a claim with the shipping provider. We will replace any product damaged during shipping at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item for exchange. However, if the exchange or return is due to an error on our part, any shipping costs will be covered by us.
